Duties: - Prepare and cook Japanese dishes such as Teriyaki, Tempura, Bento, Gyoja, etc. - Prepare and make sauces for cooking - Improve and suggest menu - Monitor food stocks and kitchen supplies - Estimate food requirements and cost. - Supervise and train kitchen helpers.
