2 Food Counter Attendants Employer: JUNEJA ENTERPRISES LTD DBA SUBWAY SANDWICHES AND SALADS Business Address: 1820 Main St Winnipeg, Manitoba R2V 3H2 Title of position: Food Counter Attendant No. of positions: 2 Wages: $15.30/hr for 40 hours per week Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time Permanent, year-round work Start Date of Employment: As soon as possible Job Description for the position of Food Counter Attendant at Subway Sandwich and Salads is as: • Take orders (in person and over the phone) and serve customers at the counter. • Portion, assemble and wrap food. • Package and handover take-out food to the customers. • Prepare, heat and finish food items; as trained. • Replenish condiments and other supplies. • Ensure the cleanliness of food counter, tables and eating area. • Keep the stock in refrigerators, salad bars and food counter containers. • Place dishes in storage area; operate dishwashers to wash dishes. • Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand. • Remove trash and clean kitchen garbage containers. • May receive payment from the customers for food items purchased. • Other related duties as required. Skills and Experience requirement: • Secondary school education would be an asset. • On-the-job training is provided. Previous relevant experience would be an asset. • Ability to work late evenings, night shifts, weekends, and holidays. • Ability to communicate in English.
