Position: Fish Cutter – Retail and Wholesale (NOC 65202) Address: 5595 Finch Ave. E. Unit 2, Toronto, ON, M1B 2T9 Employer: Fulucky Wholesale Wage: $27/hour, Permanent, Full-time, 30 hours/week Vacancy: 5 Job duties: • Trimming fish to remove bones, skin, and other inedible parts to meet the required specifications • Preparing fish for sale includes cleaning, cutting, filleting • Weighing and pricing fish for sale, and ensuring that all products are properly packaged and labeled • Assisting customers in selecting fish and seafood products and providing recommendations based on needs • Be responsible in fish and seafood inspection, manage inventory levels and ensure that products are rotated and properly stored to minimize waste and ensure freshness. • Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with food safety regulations Job Requirements: Experience and Education requirements: • Completion of secondary school education is required • On-the-job training will be provided; several months experience in fish processing and production is preferred Please send your resume to fuluckyhr@gmail.com Please be noted that all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply; however, Canadians and permanent residents will be given priority.
